What are storage chambers?

An industrial cold storage room is a large refrigerated space where almacenar perishable foods—such as meat, fish, or fruit—can be stored to ensure their proper preservation over time.

What types of cold storage rooms are there?

There are two main types of cold storage rooms :refrigeration rooms and freezing rooms.

Refrigerated cold room:

Refrigerated storage rooms keep and store the merchandise at temperatures down to 0°C.

Freezer Cold Room:

Freezer chambers are designed to store goods at freezing temperatures (-20°C), depending on the product's storage requirements.

Cold room installation:

For the installation of a cold storage room, we need:

1-. Thermal insulation for walls, roof, and floor (refrigeration panels)

POLYISOCYANURATE (MEDIUM- OR LOW-TEMPERATURE COLD ROOMS)
POLYURETHANE (LOW-TEMPERATURE CHAMBERS)
POLYSTYRENE (MEDIUM-TEMPERATURE CHAMBERS)
Cold storage doors (hinged and sliding) for low or medium temperatures

2-. Refrigeration equipment

Condensing units (comprising a condenser, compressor, and various components) can be semi-hermetic or hermetic (available in various voltages: 220V, 380V, 440V) and can be either single-phase or three-phase.

Evaporator unit (various voltages: 220V, 380V, 440V); available in single-phase or three-phase versions.

3-. Installation accessories

Copper piping and copper fittings (unions, elbows, etc.).
Valves (expansion valve, solenoid valve, check valves, ball valves, etc.).
Refrigerants.
